The Clan MacNicol Society of North America welcomes its members within Canada and the United States to the first gathering since the outbreak of COVID. Our weekend will take place in Quebec in the heart of Quebec City from 6-8 October 2023.

Rooms are $132 CAN per night (about $100 US), and reservations must be made not later than 6 Sep 2023. We suggest to reserve early to get a room ‘with balcony’. You can always cancel 24 hours before arrival no charge. The special rate is available from October 4th to October 11th. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool, fitness facilities, and an in-house restaurant. In-room wireless Internet access is free, as is on-site indoor/outdoor parking.
Projected events currently include:
Friday evening Informal welcome dinner Saturday Directors’ meeting (private), daytime group leisure activities, and evening banquet and cèilidh.
Sunday Daytime group leisure activities, tour, and informal farewell dinner.
The cost of tours and other events will be made available as the event approaches and payment will be due upon arrival.
